No free hosted sites
No free email addresses
No autosubmitters

3. Pay & AVS sites are acceptable with the following requirements:
• Linkback on the outside of the protected area
• Temporary login/password for inside protected area or backdoor information
4. No blind or misleading links
5. The content must be on the same domain as the site.
6. No Full Page Ads (FPA) before content
7. No Free Hosted sites
8. No free email address
9. No autosubmitters
10. 1 link requests per webmaster per day.
